主要研究兴趣

基于第一性原理方法预测和设计低维功能型材料,重点关注:

1) 低维半导体材料电子结构和新奇物性。

2) 二维压电、铁电和多铁材料。

3) 新型低维材料的理论设计。

讲授课程

本科生《普通物理学》和《大学物理实验》等课程;研究生《半导体低维结构》。
