个人简介.

陈方琦，2024.06–至今 河南大学担任讲师，目前主要从事高性能摩擦纳米发电机的设计及其在微纳光子学中的应用， 2022.07 - 2024.05在长江存储担任工艺研发工程师， 负责COMS前段的光刻工艺研发及维护，2019.09 - 2022.07武汉大学物理科学与技术学院读博，主要研究方向为微纳光学，2016.09 – 2019.07河南大学物理与电子学院攻读硕士学位，研究方向为摩擦纳米发电机的能量收集，2012.09 – 2016.07河南大学物理电子学院 本科，专业物理学。
