郭立俊,男,博士,二级教授,河南大学特聘教授,博士生导师,“纳米与超快光子学”课题组组长。2002年毕业于复旦大学物理系光学专业并获博士学位,先后在德国、瑞典和美国从事博士后和访问学者研究。主要从事纳米光子学、单分子及超快光物理、生物医学光子学等领域的研究。在包括J. Am. Chem. Soc., J. Mater. Chem. A/C、ACS AMI、Nanoscale及Optics Express等国内外学术期刊上公开发表SCI学术论文80余篇,主持和参加完成多项国家自然科学基金和国际合作项目。
主要研究方向
¨纳米光子学行为与超快过程
设计并构建低维光子学材料及结构体系(包括碳基量子点、钙钛矿结构、金属团簇、强/弱耠合纳米杂化结构等),利用单颗粒成像及瞬态光谱技术研究单光子及多光子特性、光学特性及发光行为调控、超快动力学过程与机制等,获得具有优异光子学功能材料,探索其在能源、信息及光电子学等领域中的应用。
¨生物医学光子学功能材料
设计和开发具有良好生物兼容性的可见-近红外纳米光子学材料(包括贵金属纳米颗粒及团簇、碳基量子点等),利用多种光谱技术及单颗粒光子学成像与示踪,研究其光物理性质、单光子/多光子成像、药物递送、光热/光声治疗等功能;实时原位研究生物大分子的结构、功能及动力学过程之间的关系。

1. 国家自然科学基金-面上项目,单颗粒水平研究等离激元手性场调控量子点圆偏振发光特性与机制。
2. 国家自然科学基金-河南联合基金,单分子水平实时研究蛋白在磷脂双层膜表面的吸附行为和机制。
3. 国家自然科学基金-面上项目,单分子酶促反应与分子构象动力学研究。
现有研究条件
所负责的课题组具有良好的科研条件,配置有包括单分子多通道全内反射荧光显微镜、单分子共焦荧光扫描显微镜、单分子荧光寿命成像及动力学分析系统、AFM-Raman光谱联用系统、宽带调谐飞秒激光器、皮秒时间分辨荧光光谱、飞秒激光放大器系统、飞秒瞬态吸收光谱仪及非线性光学性质、圆二色谱及圆偏振发光特性、暗场单颗粒散射谱等特色科研条件,以及紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计、稳态/瞬态荧光光谱仪、原子力显微镜、光谱型椭圆偏振仪、动态光散射粒度仪、细胞培养和蛋白纯化等常规设备。
