个人简介

　张华荣，男，博士，副教授，硕士生导师，1978年9月生于安徽巢湖，2006年毕业于中国科学技术大学凝聚态物理专业，获理学博士学位。目前主持河南省科技攻关重点项目及河南大学省部共建项目一项。作为主要参加人获河南省科技进步奖二等奖和河南省教育厅科学技术成果奖一等奖各一项。

研究方向及讲授课程

担任主要课程 大学物理学， 近代物理实验。主要研究兴趣 新型半导体纳米结构的制备及其结构与物性关系，半导体光电转换材料中载流子输运过程。
