王超,河南镇平人,博士,教授,博士生导师。目前主要从事热电能源转换材料中相关物理机制的分析、新型能源材料理论预测、合金能源材料制备等领域的研究工作,旨在设计和开发具有高转换效率的热电材料与器件。

1997年9月-2001年6月在郑州大学材料系本科学习,获得工学学士学位;2001年9月-2006年9月,在浙江大学硅材料国家重点实验室硕博连读,获得博士学位。2009年10月-2011年11月,在中科院半导体所进行博士后研究工作。2006年至今一直在河南大学物理与电子学院任职。2021年获评教授。

以第一作者和通讯作者在Small, J. Mater. Chem. A, ACS Appl. Mater. Inter., Nanoscale, Appl. Phys. Lett.等国际知名期刊上发表论文30余篇,其中中科院一区论文及二区TOP论文约20篇。2017年至今,论文引用700余次,H指数18。主持国家自然科学基金项目“ZnO/ZnS超晶格纳米线电热输运性能的协同调制研究,顺利结项。此外,主持省部级科研项目2项。以第三参与人获评2019年度河南省自然科学奖二等奖。近年来指导的研究生多人获得河南省优秀硕士学位论文和河南大学优秀硕士学位论文。

近年来主要承担电子系《单片机原理》和《微机原理与接口技术》2门课程。授课过程中一直注意进行相关的课程教学探讨和改革。任教的单片机课程曾荣获“河南大学民生学院课堂(实验)教学优秀奖”。教学团队基于单片机的学生测试题库系统申报的《个性化教学实用平台》获河南省教育信息化优秀成果奖一等奖 指导的学生在“挑战杯”“大学生计算机设计大赛”等竞赛中获奖。
