河南大学教授，博士研究生导师。主要讲授《大学物理》、《热学》、《普通物理实验》及 《近代物理实验》等课程。 目前主要从事半导体光电器件、忆阻器及神经突触功能模拟、以及学 科教学(物理)方面的研究。

2003年7月至今，河南大学物理与电子学院工作；

2015年1月-2017年1月，美国斯坦福大学访问学者；

2008年9月-2011年12月，河南大学凝聚态物理专业，获博士学位。

科研方面，发表SCI学术论文10多篇，授权发明专利1项，主持完成国家自然科学基金青年基 金及河南省高等学校重点科研项目各1项。教学方面，参编《大学物理》教材1部，主持河南大学教改项目2项。
