非线性光学材料与器件课题组

非线性光学材料与器件课题组课题组目前有教授2人,副教授3人,具有博士学位的5人,留学回国人员3人。课题组迄今为止已培养博士、硕士研究生约70名,近年来发表相关科研论文百余篇。主持与参加国家及省部级科研项目20余项。主要研究方向包括:新型非线性光学材料与器件、纳米材料的超快动力学过程、半导体光电器件、太阳能电池等。

本课题组长期从事非线性光学、半导体光电材料与器件的研究工作。获得了多项创新性成果。课题组具备良好的科研条件,由非线性光学材料测试实验室、皮秒实验室和化学合成室组成,拥有飞秒脉冲激光器、皮秒脉冲激光器等大型科研仪器。

近几年本课题组的研究兴趣集中在石墨烯、纳米碳管、拓扑结构等新型材料的非线性光学性质研究,并取得了一定的进展。同时,在半导体量子点的非线性光学性质研究中也取得了一定的进展。

课题组长简介:

顾玉宗,男,1963年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,河南大学物理与电子学院院长。河南大学优秀学术群体光学团队牵头人,河南省教育厅学术技术带头人,曾获河南省高校优秀青年骨干教师、河南大学优秀党员等荣誉称号。河南省光学学会、中国物理学会、美国光学学会(OAS)会员,美国科学促进会AAAS)特邀会员。担任《河南大学学报》编委,美国期刊《Optics Express》、《Optics letters 等期刊审稿人。曾先后到日本、加拿大学习或访问。

主要学习经历1984河南大学物理系本科毕业,获理学学士学位;1987年考取河南大学固体物理专业研究生,1990年获吉林大学物理系固体物理硕士学位;1999年至2002年在中科院上海光机所攻读博士学位,获中国科学院研究生院光学专业理学博士学位;20033月至20047月上海交通大学应用物理系博士后;20047月至20067月日本分子科学研究所特别研究员(JSPS博士后)。

主要工作经历:1984-1991年,河南大学物理系助教;1991-1998年,河南大学物理系讲师;1998-2003年,河南大学物理系副教授;2003今,河南大学物理物理与电子学院教授;2006-2008年,河南大学微系统物理研究所所长;2008-2013年,河南大学物理与电子学院副院长;2013今,河南大学物理与电子学院院长。

主要教学科研成果1998年获河南省优秀学术论文贰等奖1项;2002年获河南省教育厅优秀论文贰等奖2项;2003年获河南省优秀学术论文壹等奖1项、贰等奖2项;2003年获河南大学优秀科研成果奖4项;2005年获河南大学科研优秀奖1项。2011年获河南省教育厅信息技术教育应用成果一等奖1项;2012年获河南省教学成果一等奖1项;2014年获河南省教学成果二等奖1项。近年来发表学术论文百余篇,参编教材三部,主持与参加省部级以上科研项目20余项。
